Vintage Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Cactus Silverware Service

A Georg Jensen sterling silver Cactus silverware service for twelve persons. It was created by sculptor Gundorph Albertus in 1930. The lines are simple and strong and his sensitivity for Silver´s character are clearly pronounced in the stylized cactus ornamental details. A cutlery in between Art Déco love of forceful decoration and functionalism´s simplicity of form. This set is in like new condition and new storage felt bags are added.
