Vintage Georg Jensen Pyramid Pastry Server 206

Georg Jensen pastry server in the Pyramid pattern, sterling silver handle and horn server. Pyramid is silverware design #15 by Harald Nielsen from 1926. The Pyramid pattern was designed in the wake of the discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb by Howard Carter in 1922. The many wondrous finds in the untouched tomb set off a wave of Egyptomania.

Dimensions: Measures 7 3/4″ (19.8cm) in length.

Hallmarks: With Georg Jensen hallmark, made in Denmark.
