Vintage Georg Jensen Parallel Cake Knife 196

A vintage Georg Jensen cake knife, item 196 in the Parallel pattern. This knife has a sterling silver handle and a stainless steel blade. This is the old type blade, with curved back, later blades had a different shape. The Parallel pattern, flatware design #25 was designed by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen from 1931.

• Vintage Georg Jensen hallmark from 1933-1944.
