Vintage Georg Jensen Hostess Set 71A

This is a sterling silver Georg Jensen hostess set, including sugar bowl, creamer and tray, design #71A by Georg Jensen from circa 1915. The handles are decorated with handmade pea pods, the stems are decorated with hand-chased leaves, all surfaces with classic Georg Jensen hand hammered finish.

Dimensions: The tray is 11″ x 6 3/8″ (28cm x 16cm). Sugar bowl 3″ in height and 6 1/8″ x 2 5/8″ (7.5cm, 15.5cm x 6.6cm). Creamer 3 1/4″ in height and 5 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ (8.5cm, 13.3cm x 5.8cm).

Weight: Total weight for the set 25.75oz (730g).

Hallmarks: All three pieces with matching Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1945-1977.
