Vintage Georg Jensen Caravel Silverware Set

A hard to find vintage and early Georg Jensen sterling silverware service for twelve in the Caravel pattern. Caravel was designed by Henning Koppel from 1957. a modern design, sleek and completely without decoration. This vintage set came from a private Danish estate.

The set is:

  • 12 Dinner forks 7 3/8″ (18.9cm)
  • 12 Dinner knives 8 5/8″ (22cm)
  • 12 Dinner soup spoons 7 5/8″ (19.4 cm)
  • 12 Luncheon/salad forks 6 3/4″ (17.2cm)
  • 12 Luncheon knives 7 5/8″ (19.2cm)
  • 12 Dessert spoons 6 7/8″ (17.4cm)
  • 12 Pastry forks 5 5/8″ (14.3cm)
  • 12 Teaspoons 4 7/8″ (12.3cm)
  • 12 Coffee spoons 4 1/8″ (10.5cm)

Hallmarks: Sterling Denmark and the oval Georg Jensen stamp
