Georg Jensen Cactus Sterling Silver Server with Steel 206

Sterling silver and stainless steel Georg Jensen flat server, item 206 in the Cactus pattern, design #30 by Gundorph Albertus from 1930.

The handle is sterling silver and the serving part is stainless steel. Such a server with steel is suitable for hot items, the steel gives better heat insulation than silver. Also suitable for serving items that are not compatible with silver, such as eggs or acidic foods like tomatoes.

Dimensions: Measures 8″ (20.2cm) in length.
