A sterling silver and stainless steel Georg Jensen pie server, item 195 in the Cactus pattern, design #30 by Gundorph Albertus from 1930.

The handle is sterling silver and the serving part is stainless steel. This type of server with steel is suitable for serving hot items, the steel gives better heat insulation than silver.
