This is a Georg Jensen citrus knife with sterling silver handle and stainless steel blade, item #073 in the Cactus pattern, design #30 by Gundorph Albertus from 1930. The ridge on the back of the blade is for cutting zest.

Dimensions: Measures 6″ (15cm) in length.

Hallmarks: With Georg Jensen hallmarks, made in Denmark.
