Vintage Georg Jensen Bernadotte Sterling Silverware Service For Twelve
A Georg Jensen sterling silverware service in the Bernadotte pattern, designed by Sigvard Bernadotte in 1939. This set comprises twelve settings of seven pieces plus many servers. This service consists of:
- 12 dinner knives, long handles (8 5/8″, 22cm) stainless steel blades
- 12 dinner forks (7 1/2″, 19.1cm)
- 12 table spoons (7 3/4″, 19.8cm)
- 12 luncheon/salad forks (7″, 17.8cm)
- 12 dessert spoons (7 1/4″, 18.5cm)
- 12 cake forks (5 1/2″, 13.8cm)
- 12 coffee spoons (4 1/4″, 10.8cm)
Servers: - 2 serving spoons (8 1/8″, 20.8cm)
- 1 small serving spoon (7 1/8″, 18.2cm)
- 1 gravy ladle (7 1/4″, 18.8cm)
- 1 meat fork (8 1/8″, 20.8cm)
- 1 cake knife (10″, 25.5cm) stainless steel blade
- 1 cake/pie server (6 3/8″, 16.1cm) sterling silver handle, stainless steel server
- 1 condiment spoon (5 7/8″, 15cm)
- 2 cold cuts fork (6″, 15.1cm)
- 2 extra large cold cuts fork (7″, 17.8cm)
- 1 two-piece small salad set (6 3/8″, 16cm) sterling silver handles, stainless steel spoon/fork
- 1 herring/sardine server (6 1/4″, 15.8cm) sterling silver handle, stainless steel server
- 1 sugar spoon (3 7/8″, 9.8cm)
- 1 bottle opener (4 1/2″, 11.4cm) sterling silver handle, stainless steel opener.
