Vintage Evald Nielsen Brooch With Coral

Vintage sterling silver floral brooch with two coral stones by Copenhagen silversmith Evald Nielsen, active from 1905-1958. Evald Nielsen was a contemporary of Georg Jensen’s who had his own particular interpretation of the Art Nouveau style, he is particulary known for the way he sets his stones.

Measures 1 3/4″ x 15/16″ (4.5cm x 2.4cm).

Hallmarked “STERLING SILVER EN DANMARK”. Comes in original box.
