Very Rare Vintage Georg Jensen Johan Rohde Pitcher 655

A very rare vintage sterling silver pitcher with ebony handle, design #655 by Johan Rohde from circa 1931. Closely related to his very successful pitcher #432 from 1920, this model is seldom seen. This is one of Rohde’s later designs, prior to his death in 1935.

Dimensions: Measures 8 5/8″ (22cm) in height. Weighs  21.34oz (605g) including the ebony handle.

Volume: holds circa 42.25fl.oz (1.250ml).

Hallmarks: Vintage Georg Jensen hallmark used between 1945-1977.
