Rare Georg Jensen Vase 118A

Rare sterling silver Georg Jensen vase with three oval cabochon set moonstones and three smaller cabochon set moonstones, design #118A by Georg Jensen from circa 1911.
This vase has a triangular formed foot and each of the points of the triangle are decorated with stylistic fish. The oval moonstones are set in hand-chased stylistic shells. The smaller circular moonstones are set on the points of the triangular base.
Both the triangular foot and the marine motif are unusual for Georg Jensen, who usually uses floral motif in his designs.
Measures 5″ in height and has a diameter of 3½” at the top (12.6cm, 8.9cm). Weight 10.2oz (290g)
