Rare Georg Jensen Elsinore Sterling Silverware Service

This is a Georg Jensen sterling silverware service for twelve in the hard to find Elsinore pattern, design #59 by Harald Nielsen from 1937. The Danish name for this design is Agave. Elsinore is a large, robust design in the late Art Deco style. This service comprises 12 settings of 5 pieces, in total 60 pieces.

This service includes –

  • 12 x Dinner knives 7 7/8″ (22.5cm) [sterling silver handles, stainless steel blades]
  • 12 x Dinner Forks 7 1/8″ (18.1cm)
  • 12 x Butter Spreaders 5 7/8″ (15cm)
  • 12 x Teaspoons/Dessert Spoons 5 13/16″ (14.8cm) [This is the large teaspoon, which can also be used as a small dessert spoon]
  • 12 x Coffee Spoons 3 3/4″ (9.6cm).

All pieces marked with Georg Jensen hallmarks, made in Denmark.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
