Georg Jensen Akkeleje Sterling Silver Fish Serving Set 231

A rare Georg Jensen silver fish serving set, set #231 in the Akkeleje pattern, design #77 by Georg Jensen from 1918. There is no English name for this pattern. Each piece has a beautiful hand-cut and chased fish decoration.

Dimensions: The fish slice measures 10″ (25.6cm) in length, the fork is 8 7/8″ (22.8cm).

Hallmarks: both pieces with matching period Georg Jensen hallmarks, and Danish assay marks for 1925, 830s.
