Pair of Vintage Georg Jensen Salt Cellars #180 with Salt Shovels #130

This is a pair of vintage Georg Jensen sterling silver salt cellars with salt shovels. The cellars are design #180 by Georg Jensen, the salt shovels are design #130 also by Georg Jensen. Design #180 is a series of smaller items to made to match Georg Jensen’s famous “Louvre” bowl from 1914, named after the Louvre museum in Paris bought this bowl for their permanent collection.

Dimensions: The salt cellars are 1½” in height and 2 1/4″ in diameter (3.7cm, 5.6cm). The salt shovels are 2 3/8″ (6cm) in length.

Hallmarks: The salt cellars are marked underneath with vintage Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1925-1932. The shovels are marked Georg Jensen hallmarks from the same period.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
