This is a pair of sterling silver Georg Jensen candlesticks with chased stems, design #855B by Sigvard Bernadotte from circa 1938, this is the large size.

Measurements: Measure 9 7/8″ in height, the bases have a diameter of 4″ (25cm, 10.1cm).

Hallmarks: Georg Jensen hallmarks and date codes R11 for 2015 and T11 for 2017.
