Modern Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Salt and Pepper Shakers 965

A pair of Modern sterling silver salt and pepper shakers by Georg Jensen, design #965, created by Søren Georg Jensen in 1949. These large shakers showcase exceptional handcraftsmanship and are no longer in production. Each features a round base with an elongated neck— the salt shaker has a square neck, while the pepper shaker boasts a narrow, beak-like neck. Both shakers are equipped with a functional screw-off cap for easy refilling. Søren Georg Jensen, a sculptor known for working with various materials such as stone, infused this design with his artistic sensibility.
