Large Vintage Georg Jensen Bernadotte Silverware Service For Twelve

This is a sterling silver Georg Jensen silverware service in the Bernadotte pattern, design by Sigvard Bernadotte from 1939. This set has twelve settings of eight pieces, plus serving pieces, in total 129pcs.

The set includes –

  • 12 x Dinner forks 7½” (19.1cm)
  • 12 x Dinner knives, long handle version 8 5/8″ (22cm)
  • 12 x Dinner spoons 7 3/4″ (19.5cm)
  • 12 x Luncheon/Salad forks 7″ (17.7cm)
  • 12 x Luncheon/Salad knives, long handle version 7 3/4″ (19.6cm)
  • 12 x Dessert spoons 7½” (18.5cm)
  • 12 x Fish knives 7 3/4″ (19.6cm)
  • 12 x Fish forks 6 3/4″ (17.2cm)
  • 12 x Teaspoons 4 7/8″ (12.4cm)
  • 12 x Coffee spoons 4 1/4″ (10.8cm)

The serving pieces include: 2 x gravy ladles 17 3/8″ (18.4cm), 2 x serving spoons 8 1/8″ (20.7cm), 3 x cold cuts forks 7″ (17.8cm), a condiment spoon 5 7/8″ (15cm) and a bottle opener 6″ (15.3cm).

All pieces with Georg Jensen hallmarks from after 1944, all pieces in excellent machine polished condition.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
