Iconic Georg Jensen Five-Light Candelabrum 383A

A large sterling silver Georg Jensen five-light candelabrum with a wealth of decorative floral details, design #383A by Georg Jensen from circa 1920. On fluted circular bases, rising to bulb stem topped with vine wrapped pendant grape bunches and with part-beaded ring finials. Five branches topped by drip pans and vase-form sconces which can removed for cleaning. This iconic candelabra design is sought after and collected by many well know designers, to include Karl Lagerfeld, which were recently sold as part of his estate.

  • Dimensions:  10 7/8″ (27.5cm) in height, with a span of 12½” (32cm). The base measures 6 1/4″ (16cm) in diameter.
  • Weight:  103 oz (2,926g).
  • Hallmarks: Georg Jensen 1945-1952 hallmarks “#383A Sterling Denmark”.
