Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Wall Clock and Barometer No.1401

A rare Georg Jensen sterling silver wall clock and matching barometer, model no. 1401, designed by Henning Koppel, circa 1976. The clock is among the earliest produced examples and bears pre 1977 hallmarks. Each piece features a substantial cylindrical sterling silver frame. Both have been preserved in original, unused condition and carefully stored for decades.

The clock and barometer are fitted with battery powered mechanisms, making them fully functional and convenient for everyday use.

Specifications:

  • Measurements: Each measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm) in diameter at the face, 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter at the back, and 2 inches (5.2 cm) in depth.
  • Hallmarks: The clock is marked Georg Jensen, sterling silver, Design HK 1401, sterling, Denmark. The barometer carries the same hallmarks, along with x10 indicating 1996.
