Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Vase No. 107

An early hand-hammered Danish sterling silver vase by Georg Jensen, design No. 107, originally introduced in 1914. This elegant piece reflects the refined craftsmanship and sculptural simplicity characteristic of Jensen’s early work.

The vase rises from a tiered circular foot and gently expands into a trumpet-shaped rim. The hand-hammered body is mounted on a base finished with a hand-applied beaded edge, each bead individually attached during production—an indication of the meticulous handcraft typical of early Jensen pieces. The upper neck is accented with a hand-chased circular line, adding a subtle decorative detail to the otherwise clean and balanced form.
