Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Sugar & Creamer Set 235A

An early sterling silver cream jug & sugar bowl, design #235a by Georg Jensen from 1917. The basket is raised by delicate stem growing from the stylistic floral pedestal growing from the foot. A series of two floral buds hang where each handle end. The creamer is the exact same design with a spout for pouring. Both pieces with matching #235a hallmarks.

  • The sugar bowl measures 2 3/4″ (6,8cm) in height to the top of the handle x 3 1/2″ (9,5cm) wide.
  • The cream jug measures 2 1/2″ in height to the top of the handle x 4″ wide (7,5 cm x 10,5cm).
  • Hallmarks: Early Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1933-1944 #235a sterling Denmark as well as import hallmarks to Sweden.
  • Weight: Combined weight 381 grams (13,43 oz).
