A vintage sterling silver pair of Georg Jensen ice tongs, item #284, in the elegant Scroll pattern, design #22 by Johan Rohde, introduced in 1927.
The tongs feature the distinctive flowing scroll decoration characteristic of Rohde’s work, with beautifully shaped openwork handles and sculptural gripping ends. The design combines traditional silversmithing with Rohde’s refined approach to Danish design, creating a functional and decorative serving piece.
A wonderful addition to a Georg Jensen bar collection or Scroll pattern service.
