Georg Jensen Sterling Silver “Schilling” Sauce Boat 321B

A sterling silver Georg Jensen sauce boat or large creamer, design no. 321B by Johan Rohde, originally introduced in 1919. This piece complements tea and coffee set no. 321 and is commonly known as the “Schilling” design, named for the coin-like disc incorporated into the handle.

The vessel features a subtly hammered, oceanic-inspired form with a gracefully draped, curved handle accented by scrollwork. A silver disc is positioned beneath the handle, and the tiered oval base provides excellent stability and balance.
