Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Pyramid Coffee Set 600A

This is a three-piece Georg Jensen sterling silver pyramid coffee Serice, design #600A by Harald Nielsen from 1930. This service matches the Pyramid silverware pattern designed in 1926. The Pyramid pattern was designed in the wake of the discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb by Howard Carter in 1922. The many wondrous finds in the untouched tomb set of a wave of Egyptomania.

Creamer #600A, H: 2 7/8″ (7.2cm) x 4 3/4″ (12cm)
Sugar Bowl #600A, H 3″ (7.5cm) x 4″ (10cm)

Hallmarks: Coffee pot has 1945-1977 Georg Jensen hallmarks, the creamer and sugar have 1933-1944 Georg Jensen hallmarks.
