A Danish sterling silver Georg Jensen small oval Blossom/Magnolia tray, design #2H by Georg Jensen. The very sought after  Blossom pattern goes back to 1905, when Georg Jensen designed the iconic Blossom teapot. An oval hand hammered rimmed tray with two opposing ornate floral handles, both having a large blossom or magnolia floral bud attached with branches and leaves. What makes or made the art nouveau pattern so iconic and famous is perhaps the more modern look this design has as the ornate part of the design represents a small portion of the entire piece.
