Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Ornamental Cake Server 21

A large, handmade Georg Jensen sterling silver cake server, design #21, designed by Georg Jensen circa 1912.

This exceptional early design features a broad, hand-hammered triangular serving blade joined to a hand-forged ornamental handle. The handle is beautifully detailed with Georg Jensen’s characteristic Pea Pod motif, accented by sculptural berries and finely hand chased leave, an excellent example of Jensen’s early Art Nouveau craftsmanship.

New and never used.
