Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Large Creamer #43

An extremally early vintage Danish Georg Jensen sterling silver large creamer, design #43 by Johan Rohde in 1914. A stemmed lidded boat that sits on a circular foot. The bowl is perched on spiral rods that are surrounded by silver balls. The base of the stem has a simple bud-like ornamentation. A wonderful functional piece for multiple uses. This piece has the earliest hallmarks possible and was one of the first to be produced.
