Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Koppel Pitcher 974b

A vintage modern Danish sterling silver pitcher by Georg Jensen, design #974B by Henning Koppel from 1957. The neck is wrapped in hand-spun wire, a technique also used in Koppel’s design #978 pitcher. The body has an elegant, bowl-like form, while the handcrafted fluted spout ensures a smooth, precise pour. This versatile piece can be used for serving water or wine.

Dimensions: 9 1/2″ (24.2 cm) tall, with a maximum width of 16 cm in diameter.
Hallmarks: Georg Jensen, sterling Denmark, and date stamp T11 for 2017.
