An exquisite sterling silver bowl from Georg Jensen, featuring the distinctive design #544a by Oscar Gundlach Pedersen, crafted in 1929. This bowl showcases a harmonious blend of Art Deco elements while retaining traces of the transition between Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. The bowl stands on a round base with elegant footings and boasts two ring handles that facilitate lifting. Notable for its functional qualities, this medium-sized bowl presents itself as a remarkable example of craftsmanship

  • Dimensions: Measures 10 1/4″ (26 cm) across the handles and  2 1/4″ (5.5cm) in height. The diameter of the bowl without the handles is 7 3/4″ (19.5cm)
  • Hallmarks: Marked with the earliest possible hallmarks for this design from 1925-1932 Georg Jensen hallmarks, “544a GP Sterling Denmark”
  • Weight: 536.5 grams (18.90 oz.)
