Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Blossom Tea Kettle on Stand 2

An antique hand hammered sterling silver Georg Jensen Blossom/Magnolia kettle on stand complete with burner, design #2 by Georg Jensen from 1905. A Blossom kettle mounted on a four leg stand with curved ball feet. The removeable blossom lid with a great deal of hand chasing and oversized Blossom bud. The teapot of round organic stepped form. The kettle is fixed by two silver removeable pins, making this piece very functional as by removing the back pin one can pour while the front pin holds the kettle in place. The removeable burner has a shell handle and a wheel type pin for turning the wick. A true collectable Georg Jensen masterpiece.
