Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Bernadotte Cup and Dish 825

A charming small sterling silver cup and matching footed dish, design #825 by Sigvard Bernadotte, dating from circa 1937. The dish is simple and undecorated, with the exterior of the foot featuring a chased geometric pattern. The cup shares the same design and is made from heavy gauge silver. Originally intended as a cigarette set with an ashtray, this versatile piece can now serve various purposes, such as a drinking cup, small mint bowl, or simply as a decorative item.

  • Dimensions: The cup measures 2 3/4 inches (7cm) in height with a diameter of 1 5/8 inches (4.4cm). The dish stands 3/4 inches (2.1cm) high with a diameter of 2 5/8 inches (7cm).
  • Hallmarks: Features the vintage Georg Jensen hallmark (1945-1977), sterling Denmark 825, and Sigvard Bernadotte’s signature.
