Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Art Deco Candlesticks 748

A pair of sterling silver Georg Jensen Art Deco candlesticks, design #748 by Harald Nielsen, dating back to the early 1930s. Each candlestick features a round base with a stepped transitional disc, accented by an oxidized ring, leading to a subtly beveled sconce.

These candlesticks come in their original Georg Jensen gift box and have been carefully stored for most of their existence. They appear to be unused or possibly used only once or twice.

• Dimensions: Measure 2 3/8″ in height, the base has a diameter of 3 1/4″, the hole for the candles has a diameter of 1 1/16″ (6cm, 8.3cm, 2.7cm).
• Hallmarks: Vintage Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1945-1977. One pair has a single with a 1933-1944 hallmark. 
• Weight: Each pair weighs approximately 202 grams (7,12 oz.)

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
