Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Amber Brooch 109

A Vintage Georg Jensen Art Nouveau sterling silver brooch featuring a large cabochon-set amber stone, design #109 by Georg Jensen. This oval brooch is meticulously handcrafted, adorned with an outer wreath design filled with hand-chased floral buds, each interspersed with Viking spired motifs. The inner oval wreath showcases two floral motifs on the top and bottom, with a single ball on each side. Additionally, this inner section boasts intricate filigree work. The large central amber stone, retaining its original yellowish color, is in excellent condition, with only one barely visible mark on its top.
