Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Acanthus Server 206

A Georg Jensen flat server featuring a sterling silver handle and a stainless steel blade, crafted in the Acanthus pattern (item 206), design #180 by Johan Rohde, originally introduced in 1917. The stainless blade served practical purposes—offering heat insulation when serving hot items such as pies or pastries, and resisting corrosion when handling acidic foods like tomatoes or fried eggs.
