Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Stemmed Goblets/Cups #479

A set of six early Georg Jensen sterling silver goblets, designed by Harald Nielsen in 1926. Each exhibit exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each cup features a lightly hammered surface, a tapered cylindrical shape, and a hand-chased stem resembling a branch with silver bead accents. The cups are adorned with a folding floral leaf pattern, showcasing the artistry of the late 1920s. These cups have multiple functions, they can also serve as dessert/sherbet cups.

  • Dimensions: Each measures 4 x 3 inches (10.2 x 7.6 cm).
  • Weight: Combined weight for all six cups is 558 grams(1968oz.)
  • Hallmarks. All eight with extremely early Georg Jensen hallmarks for this design and also marked with London import marks from 1928-1929.
