Georg Jensen Rare Antique Hair Comb

An exceptionally rare and early antique Georg Jensen hair piece, design #4, created by Georg Jensen in 1904. The tortoise shell comb is beautifully curved and in excellent original condition, which is remarkable given its age. Its preservation is likely due to the fact that it comes with the original box from its purchase at Georg Jensen Bredgade 36. The silver mounting features a delicate floral design, adorned with cabochon-set amber and green agate stones. Given its age, condition, original box, and the fact that it was crafted by Georg Jensen himself, this piece would be considered museum-quality.
