Georg Jensen Pyramid Sterling Silver Tea Strainer 600

A rare and early sterling silver Georg Jensen Pyramid tea strainer, designed by Harald Nielsen in 1930, boasts an unusually large size. This exquisite tea strainer, designated as design #600, was specifically created for placement atop sizable teacups. The impressive handle features an art deco pyramid design, seamlessly connected to a circular cut-out strainer, and a Pyramid design holder positioned opposite the handle. This piece is believed to be among the earliest examples, dating back to the design years of 1925-1932, as evidenced by the corresponding hallmarks and is one of the earliest pieces in our possession.

  • Width: 4 1/4 inches (10.5 cm)
  • Weight: 127 grams (44.93 oz.)
