Georg Jensen Pyramid Sterling Continental Size Silverware Set for 12

A rare and early Georg Jensen sterling silver flatware service in the iconic Pyramid pattern, originally designed by Harald Nielsen in 1926. This exceptional set features the larger Continental-size dinner forks, while the standard dinner forks are used as salad or luncheon forks in this set. The service includes twelve complete place settings, each consisting of nine pieces, for a total of 108 pieces.

Set includes:

  • 12 extra-large dinner forks – 7½” (19 cm)
  • 12 dinner knives with short handles – 8 7/8″ (22.5 cm)
  • 12 large oval soup spoons – 7 3/8″ (18.6 cm)
  • 12 dinner forks (for salad/luncheon) – 7 3/8″ (18.3 cm)
  • 12 luncheon knives with long handles – 8 1/4″ (20.5 cm)
  • 12 dessert spoons – 7 1/4″ (18.5 cm)
  • 12 pastry/cake forks – 5 1/2″ (14 cm)
  • 12 teaspoons – 4 1/2″ (12 cm)
  • 12 coffee spoons – 4 1/4″ (10.5 cm)

Total weight: Approximately 5,556 grams (195.98 oz), including the stainless steel knife blades.

Hallmarks: The majority with 1933-1944 Georg Jensen sterling silver hallmarks.
