A sterling silver Georg Jensen oval soup or dinner spoon, model 011A from the Parallel pattern collection. This flatware design, catalogued as design no. 25, was created by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen in 1931. The Parallel pattern is known for its refined elegance, achieved through balanced proportions and a clean, understated motif of parallel lines. The collection includes variations in form. Style A features a longer, more classic silhouette, while Styles B and C are shorter with softer, more rounded contours.
