Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Parallel Dessert Spoon 021B

This is a sterling silver Georg Jensen dessert spoon, item 021B in the Parallel Pattern. The Parallel pattern, flatware design #25 was designed by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen from 1931. The Parallel design has an exceptional dignity, the result of harmonious proportions combined with an apparent simple motif of parallel lines. There are alternative shapes for the dinner fork and dinner spoon. Style A set is longer and a more traditional design, Style B and C are more rounded and shorter.
