Georg Jensen Ladby/Nordic Silverware Set
A complete Georg Jensen sterling silver Ladby/Nordic (design #76) flatware set, designed in 1937 by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen. Known as “Nordic” in English, this pattern is distinctly inspired by Scandinavian design. The Danish name “Ladby” pays homage to Denmark’s only Viking ship burial, unearthed in 1935 at Ladbyhøj. Due to its limited production, this pattern is highly sought after by collectors.
