Georg Jensen Ladby/Nordic Dinner Knife 013

A sterling silver Georg Jensen dinner knife with long handle #013 in the Ladby/Nordic pattern, design #76 by Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen from 1937. Known as “Nordic” in English, this pattern is distinctly inspired by Scandinavian design. The Danish name “Ladby” pays homage to Denmark’s only Viking ship burial, unearthed in 1935 at Ladbyhøj. Due to its limited production, this pattern is highly sought after by collectors.
