Georg Jensen Danish Sterling Silver Art Deco Box No. 843

An early sterling silver Art Deco box by Georg Jensen, design No. 843 by Jørgen Jensen, dating to around 1930. This elegant rectangular box features a hinged lid for easy access and displays the clean, geometric lines characteristic of the Art Deco period.

Each corner is decorated with hand-chased linear motifs, beautifully oxidized to enhance depth and contrast. The box stands gracefully on four angular feet, giving the piece a refined architectural presence typical of Danish modern design.

A fine example of early Georg Jensen craftsmanship, combining understated elegance with exceptional quality.
