Georg Jensen Cypress Sterling Silver Carving Set 243

An extra-large Georg Jensen two-piece carving set with sterling silver handles and stainless steel blades, item 243 in the Cypress pattern. Designed by Norwegian designer Tias Eckhoff, it features design #99. Eckhoff’s Cypress pattern won a competition to create a flatware design for the 50th anniversary of the Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1954.

Dimensions: The fork measures 13 inches (32cm) and the knife measures 14 3/4 inches (36cm).
Hallmarks: It carries the Georg Jensen hallmark and was made in Denmark.
Weight: The total weight, including the stainless steel blades, is 334 grams (11.78 oz).
