Georg Jensen sterling silver salad/fish fork, item 041/061 in the Cypress pattern, design #99 by Tias Eckhoff. In the Cypress pattern several of the pieces were dual functional, in this case this same fork was both salad fork 041 and fish fork 061. Norwegian designer Tias Eckhoff’s Cypress was the winning design in a competition to design a flatware pattern for the 50th anniversary of the Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1954.

Dimensions: Measures  6 3/4″ (17cm) in length.

Hallmarks: With Georg Jensen hallmark, made in Denmark.
