Georg Jensen pie server with sterling silver handle and stainless steel blade, item #195 in the Cypress pattern, design #99 by Tias Eckhoff. Good for serving heated pies/pastries, the steel blade gives better heat insulation. Norwegian designer Tias Eckhoff’s Cypress was the winning design in a competition to design a flatware pattern for the 50th anniversary of the Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1954.
