Georg Jensen Cypress Cheese Wire 223

Georg Jensen wire cheese cutter with sterling silver handle and stainless steel cutter, item 223 in the Cypress pattern, design #99 by Tias Eckhoff. Norwegian designer Tias Eckhoff’s Cypress was the winning design in a competition to design a flatware pattern for the 50th anniversary of the Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1954.

Dimensions: Measures 9 1/2″ (24.1cm) in length.

Hallmarks: With Georg Jensen hallmark, made in Denmark.
