An extensive Georg Jensen sterling silver Continental silverware service for 8, design #4 by Georg Jensen from 1906. This was Georg Jensen’s first silverware service pattern design. This set is made up of eight settings of twelve pieces –

8 dinner forks 7 ½” (19cm)
8 dinner knives short handles 9 ¾” (24.7cm)
8 table spoons 7 ¾” (19.7cm)
8 luncheon forks 6 5/8” (17.5cm)
8 luncheon knives long handles 8 ¾” (22cm)
8 fish forks 6 ¾” (17cm)

8 iced tea spoons 7” (17.8cm)
8 cocktail forks 5 ¾” (14.6cm)
8 grapefruit spoons 6” (15cm)

8 butter spreaders 6” (15cm)
8 teaspoons 4 7/8” (12.5cm)
8 espresso spoons 3 7/8” (9.8cm)

In total 96 pieces all in very good condition with hammering visible. All pieces hallmarked Georg Jensen, made in Denmark.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
