Georg Jensen Cactus Sterling Silver Cake Knife 196

A sterling silver Georg Jensen cake knife with stainless steel blade, item 196 in the Cactus pattern, design #30 by Gundorph Albertus from 1930. Sometime after World War II Georg Jensen changed the shape of blade fitted to this knife, this is the earlier type.

• Dimensions: Measures 10 1/4″ (26.3cm) in length.
• Hallmarks: Sterling, made in Denmark.
